All the residents must have 2 bins (Red & Green) and 1 bag

Liners should not be used inside the bins.

Food waste a.k.a. Green waste must not be mixed with any plastic or rejected waste. Green waste must be dry and should not have any liquid items.

Green waste will be collected between 9:30-11am every day

Citrus fruit peels ( Eg. Lemon, sweet lime, orange, narthangai, kadarangai), tender coconut and coconut shells must go in rejected waste

Recyclable waste must be dry and should not contain any green or rejected waste

Any plastic bottles or containers thrown in recyclables should be emptied and dry. All plastic items will be collected on Thursdays and Sundays.

Sanitary pads, diapers, sharp items, etc. must be wrapped in paper and crossed before dropping in rejected waste

Rejected waste must not have any plastics covers, milk covers, biscuit covers, chocolate wrappers, shampoo bottles, body wash bottles, dish wash liquid bottles, perfume/body spray bottles, laundry liquid bottles, toilet cleaner bottles, floor cleaner/surface cleaner bottles, flowers.  Only if the plastic is greasy or oily or messy or unfit to use, you can throw them in the rejected waste. If not, please don't throw any plastic items or cardboard items in the rejected waste.

Electric and electronic items should be handed over separately.

Green and recyclable waste alone should be thrown in common bins in the park based on the color indicated on the bins.

Please educate your family members and maids about segregation.
